When will 120hz 4k monitors, a GPU with displayport 1.3 come out?

Even dual card setups struggle to maintain 60fps in some games with the settings up, I'd say until dual card setups can achieve 100fps plus in most games there is no financially viable market for a 120hz 4k monitors. My guess we are at least 18 months away but probably more until gpu's get up to the required performance.
I do see a purpose of it, even with the GPUs that are out there now.
Yes you probably have a real hard time getting >60 fps in the latest games but in games like CS:GO you can easily get above 60 fps.
So the benefit of having Displayport 1.3 is that you can both have the sweet resolution of 4K and still get high fps where the game or application allows it.
