I'm new to building PC's, ad I'm trying to build a gaming rig. I finally saved enough up to afford my PC. What else will I need to buy? Anti-static wrist band?

I have the build. Just wondering if I need something besides well everything listed above...
Such as more wires, more thermal paste, an anti-static wristband?

No just dont build on carpet and youll be fine -

If humidity is very low, less than 30%, do NOT build without a wrist strap. I recommend using wrist strap at all times, only cost a few $$. Rubber shoes, build on non static surface _ I used my kitchen counter top (Tile), don't wear static generating clothes (wool, silk, e.g.)
