I was wondering if my MOTHERBOARD(http://www.biostar.com.tw/app/en/mb/introduction.php?S_ID=377#spec) would be compatible with this GRAPHIC CARD(http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX-960-GAMING-2G.html#hero-overview) considering that i have this POWER SUPPLY(http://www.corsair.com/en/tx-series-tx750-80-plus-bronze-certified-750-watt-high-performance-power-supply) ?????????? help please

Yes. Fully compatible. PCIE versions are backwards compatible.

As long as you have a 64-bit OS, you should be fine. Otherwise, you may run into the occasion, "System low on Memory" error.
