go with the GTX 970 (any of them will have good performance)

About the other components is hard to say, you will have to check what your needs are:

check if you need more connection than the motherboard H81 I suggested have, if yes, you can get a better motherboard (if you have specific need about any feature on the motherboard you can tell and I will try to help you find one that have it)

You can also go with a 2x4 gb ram, instead of 1x8 (it will be faster buy you wont be able to upgrade to 16gb without removing the ram you buy now);

and you can buy a better PSU another good option for PSU:

Sry for taking so long to awnser, but I've been buised and yours is an hard build to do :)

The corsair CX 600 is not a very good PSU, so dont buy it. The case I dont really know if its good or not, but probably not very good, you have to make sure that the GPU you select fits inside (310mm max)

I would suggest:

CPU - http://mdcomputers.in/intel-processor-core-i5-4440-3-10-ghz.html
CASE - https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Antec+GX+Series+GX300+Window+ATX+Mid+Tower+Computer+Case_C5P24020.html
BOARD - http://mdcomputers.in/msi-motherboard-b85m-g43.html
HDD - http://mdcomputers.in/seagate-hdd-1-tb.html
PSU - https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Seasonic+620W+Power+Supply+%28S12II-620%29_C14P7878.html
RAM - https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Adata+XPG+V2+16GB+(2+x+8GB)+1866+DDR3+Desktop+Memory+(AX3U1866W8G10-DGV)_C6P24405.html or https://www.theitdepot.com/details-G.skill+Ripjaws-X+8GB+%282+x+4GB%29+DDR3+1600Mhz+Desktop+Ram+%28F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL%29_C6P10666.html
GPU - http://mdcomputers.in/geforce-900/zotac-graphics-card-gtx-970-4gb-ddr5.html
TOTAL: 59,158 RS

If you want a more future proof CPU I would recommend this one: http://mdcomputers.in/processor/intel-processor-xeon-e3.html with this motherboard https://www.theitdepot.com/details-MSI+H97+PC+Mate+32GB+DDR3+Intel+Motherboard_C13P24156.html (if you want to keep it cheap you could also go with this motherboard https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Asrock+H91M-S1+Plus+DDR3+Intel+Motherboard_C13P23833.html )

Another good option if you want a better CPU is: https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Asus+Z97-K+32GB+DDR3+Intel+Motherboard_C13P21725.html + http://mdcomputers.in/processor/intel-processor-i5-4690k.html , but you will need to buy, later, an aftermarket cooler so you can overclock the CPU . I this the option with Xeon is better. Both will have cost around 70 to 72000 RS.

Hmm. I recently built myself a Rs 55,000 PC and this is the configuration I used :-

Processor -> Intel i5 4690 (Rs 20,000)

GPU -> Asus NVIDIA Geforce GTX 960(Rs 18,000)

RAM -> Corsair Vengeance DDR3 8 GB (Rs 3,800)

MOBO -> Gigabyte GA-B85-D3H Motherboard (Rs 6,400)

HDD -> WD Green 1TB HDD (Rs 3,700)

PSU -> Antec VP650P 650 Watts PSU (Rs 4,800)

Total : Rs 56,700

PC parts are much more expensive in India. I have chosen the GTX 960 because it is a great card for 1080p gaming with low power consumption. You will get more than 60FPS on 95% of all the modern games with the GTX 960. Just my suggestion
