Alright guys, it's a new build for a gaming/rendering PC.

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
16 Gigs of ram at 2400
Samsung Pro line SSD
1Tb disk drive
AMD Vishera 8-core 4.7 Ghz (black)
Nvidia Gtx 960 (4gig version)
ASRock Fatal1ty Pro Motherboard (The one for the wattage on the cpu)
Kilowatt modular power supply

The computer can run fine on desktop indefinitely, but if a load is applied (like, say, google chrome for more than ten minutes) it blue screens out. we ran cpu and ram tests from thumb drive, but it all came back green. We've re-installed windows a couple times. It has all the drivers from the motherboard manufacturer. Link to drop box has the dump files:

https://www.dropbox.com/sh/sjitf7x26rmjamf/AADygwO9LZVzFpHQsybbBYF2a?dl=0

The power needs for the cpu are a little bonkers, so it may be the motherboards output that meay be sour (that's why I left this in [Motherboards]). Anyone have any ideas before we start transplanting this thing part for part?

One of the crashes is a 0x124 stop error. This can be CPU related, and because youre overclocking. Which by the looks of it you are doing.

I would uninstall Extreme Tuner. Programs like this, will cause this crash. Or any other program you've installed for overclocking. Some hardware monitoring programs may also cause this stop error

It looks like Rt64win7.sys is causing another crash. These are your audio drivers. Where did these come from?? The manufacturer's site or a cd?

I would also uninstall ASRock RAM Disk Driver. This is a known cause of crashes

The Cpu is the black edition of the vishera 8-core (AMD FX-9590). It's crazy because it runs at 220 watts. the motherboard we picked up was recommended because it was both in the am3+ chipset and could support a 220 watt output to the cpu. We've also swapped a few sets of ram in and out to no avail, so that's probably not it.

While we may not be manually overclocking the cpu, I've heard that the only difference in the AMD black line is that they come clocked as high as the manufacturer could push it. In an attempt to rectify this, we attempted to crank down the cpu manually using the little ASRock motherboard controller. This caused it to immediately crash (to blue-screen).
All of the drivers we've installed came from either the disk from ASRock, or from Nvidia's website.

We'll try removing the ASRock RAM drivers, and get back

So far, the bios/drivers are all stock from the box w/ the board. And we've already tried manually disabling some of the cores to no effect.
