I own a PC whose specs are -
CPU: AMD A8-3870k (@ 3 GHz - without OC)
GPU: Radeon R7 250x (1 GB)
RAM: 8 GB
HDD: 1 TB

At this stage if I run FIFA 15 onto my PC then the game lags in commentary loops, and fps lags.

So if I will upgrade my GPU to AMD Radeon R9 270x (2 GB) will the problem of FIFA 15 lag solves my issues or not.. Please give the answer ASAP..!!

What Resolution are you trying to run? 1080p it would be pretty laggy with just the APU, a R9 270X would defiantly be a improvement but so would overclocking the CPU and having RAM with speeds over 1866mhz. Have you updated all your Catalyst drivers?

I've 1920x1080 resolution screen, but I run the game @ 1600x900 resolution to make it run properly but then also FIFA 15 is giving up the lags onto my PC. I've updated my catalyst drivers too..!! Please tell me is it the problem of CPU or GPU???
Will changing GPU solve my problem or I should go for CPU (If yes please specify the CPU)??

if you have 8GB of ddr3 ram @ 1600MHz ocing ram will not help in games AT ALL also the cpu will benefit from with games if u overclock but not by much maybe 3fps gain, I would overclock the graphics card becaause you can gain up to 20fps

You don't know much about APU's their performance scales with Ram Speed, Look it up.
https://www.google.com/search?q=amd+APU+results+with+fater+ram&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8#q=AMD+APU+Memory+scaling+with+faster+RAM

Here are examples.

http://www.pcper.com/reviews/Memory/Ultra-Speed-DDR3-Revisited-AMD-APU-Memory-Scaling/Graphics-Benchmarks
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/memory-bandwidth-scaling-trinity,3419.html

Overclocking the CPU itself will gain you up to 15%
Overclocking the RAM to 1866mhz or beyond if possible can gain up to 5 fps This doesn't sound like much but when looking at a Minimum of 16 fps or 21 fps just by Tuning up your RAM it adds up.
Overclocking the GPU side will gain you 10%-15%

I'll warn you though when Overclocking the GPU side it's easy to make things unstable.
