Neither. They have almost identical performance. Get whichever one is cheaper, if you must get one of them.

Not really. They trade places depending on game title or benchmark. Neither has a firm hold on the other. As mentioned, the HD7750 is a bit lighter on the power consumption, AND it is a bit newer card as well so it may support features not supported by the 550ti.
