So, when I open my windows (8.1) my keyboard and mouse lights goes off and sometimes, it never go on again, and thats not even the weird thing. Weird thing is, I can go into bios with my keyboard but can't use it either my keyboard or mouse. So whats wrong with my computer?

P.S. : legacy options in bios is on.

have you tried to put it into a different USB in back of the motherboard?
what OS are you using?

Also try this. Put a flash drive in all the USB's in back of the motherboard and see witch ones it reads and witch ones it doesn't.

let me know what happens when you try the flash drive.

Yes I tried, same result, this problem doesn't occurs always, and I tried what you asked all of my USB ports works fine except 1 usb 2.0 port on the front (dunno why, I don't use that one for anything anyway) and I'm using windows 8.1 64 bit

The problem is mine doesn't work in windows repair mode too. I don't think thats the same problem that we share but I'll give it a try. I'm pretty sure that guys keyboard and mouse works on his BIOS too, mine doesn't, and the weird thing is, It doesn't happen always. I'm using my problematic computer now to write those answers bc my keyboard and mouse works now, but when I turn off my PC or restart it who knows, it might work or not!

I watched the video, as I said at first, I can't even use my components in BIOS when it decides to stop working, and I don't even have that option (AHCI) in usb settings. So yeah back to the square one.

honestly i personally think it's a windows issue.

What i mostly do to avoid problems like this. Is when i have my OS freshly installed i only do 3-4 windows updates and then i turn off my Auto updates.
and i just install my Motherboard drivers and i am ready to go. Honestly if i where in your position i would reformat my OS. get a external Hard drive and save everything on it and then reformat the OS system. that should for sure solve your problem. And i am pretty sure this started happening after a update. If you reformat your operating system and you still get these problems then i would say it is the USB's of the motherboard but i am sure it's not and more of a windows thing.

I did same as you except the chipset part, and this didn't happened after an update bc, as like you I turned off my auto updates. I installed the chipsets now but it's still the same. I think I'll reformat as you suggested but not right now. Funny thing is I think I found a work around. There was an 1 usb 2.0 port on the front that doesn't work remember? When I stick anything to there b4 computer starts, it seems like it works perfectly, it's really weird.
