Help i'm getting very frustrated and almost ready to throw it ..
Right can not connect chrome or explorer 11 I get the " this page cant be displayed " or " ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"
have ran ping google.com comes back all ok
have checked wifi connections all ok ,
have checked local area connection setting all ok Ie auto detect "
have checked TCP/IPv6 all ok
have checked TCP/IPv4 all ok
have ran malwares and anti virus every type known to man
Now here the weird parts, windows 8.1
Yes it will update without any issue
No any programme wishing to connect is stopped
Have turned fire walls off
Have removed any 3rd party programmes with control to connection ie. malware/antivirus
Have tried another connection HOTSPOT off phone
Have tried resetting wifi router ( even though its working fine )
please help i'm struggling to find any new ideas .. Oh and this blocked connection thing only happened after updates ....
Oh Have removed / reset / updated wifi driver ..LOL
Is there anything i have missed ... Thank you in advance
