okay this is a long story, I have a samsung galaxy note 2 gt-n7100. i installed TWRP recovery and cyanogenmod 11 on it. it worked perfectly for around 3 months. Then I factory reset the phone due to low internal storage, now when i reset it. instead of booting it stuck on the TWRP screen and it flashes every 4 5 seconds and stays on the screen.it never progresses to the screen that has all of the options on it. I pulled the battery and tried it again - same results. I pulled the battery and just tried to turn my phone on without trying to go into recovery - but STILL got stuck in a loop of the teamwin screen. I am able to do the power + home + volume down and it doesn't go into the teamwin/TWRP loop, but if I cancel from that and the phone restarts, I'm stuck in the TWRP loop again.

Solution

I misinterpreted it the first time - I thought you meant you could only get to TWRP.

I say the best course of action is to go back to stock to give yourself a fresh slate and then reinstall TWRP and re-flash CM.
