I have some problem with my Xbox 360 Controller

its been 2 months since i bought this xbox 360 wired controller for PC gaming purpose. Now it is not even connecting ....even if it connect it will last for few seconds and my computer got restarted after it...it show a blue screen ..idk whats happening?

I uninstalled the device under device manager and disconnected the controller, then rebooted and plugged in the controller causing it to reinstall. Its been working ever since.

Can you explain that again properly. im a bit confused with reboot thing

Its working properly and i had to connect my controller to back of my cpu for proper power source because it was quiet a bit fluctuating.Thanks for helping mate:)
