So, I use my 32" Samsung (old 2009 series 6 "TOC" LCD TV) as a PC monitor for gaming and working with MS Office and Unity, Unreal Engine, etc. So If I set the resolution in windows 8.1 to 1920x1080 (native) everything looks perfect but too small, and I don't want to use the 720P resolution because it looks too big, neither the "scaling the desktop option" to 125% or 150% because I may have problems with some games or apps, so I set the resolution to 1600x900 and the TV says it is 1920 x 1080p instead, why is this? can I damage my TV if I work with desktop applications at 1600x900 and my games in fullscreen 1920x1080? thanks in advance!
