Need help on upgrading my Graphics Card

Hello, I'm just clueless on what I should be looking at to upgrade.
I play these games:
CSGO
LoL
D3 RoS and that's basically it


My current specs are:
Graphics Card:GeForce GT 220
PSU:Antec VP-450 450W
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-P55 USB3
Processor:Intel Core i3 540 3.07ghz
RAM:Corsair XMS3 DDR3 4gb
Hard Drive:Seagate Barracuda 7200.11 1.5TB

What's your budget?
Whats the resolution of your monitor?

The games you are going to play aren't demanding at all, you should be fine with something like GTX 750 or R7 250.
But answer the questions above for a more in-depth answer

Hmm, Anywhere from 100-200
and 1280x1024, plan to get a 22' soon
