GPU Temperature over 90C . Help.

I have an Nvidia Geforce 9800 GT Performance Edition and at Idle, My Temp is 72 C. But when playing games like League of Legends and CS GO, IT gets pretty hot to 94 C. I re-applied thermal paste thinking that this would help but it didn't. I did not overclock my card either. Any suggestions to cool down my gpu? My computer is an Inspiron 530 btw.

I really don't think there's much you can do about it. That graphics card is really old and my suspicions are that it might be dying. I think a whole system overhaul may be necessary soon.
