I recently "converted" my HP envy 6 to Windows 7, and everything works well thus far with the exception of the USB drivers.
The two USB 3.0 on the left are completely unresponsive, and it just so happens that two "unknown devices" appear in the device manager.
To make matters, the single working USB 2.0 on the right is functioning, buuut it shows up as "AMD USB 3.0 Host Controller."
If anyone has experience with this and would be willing to help, it would be greatly appreciated! </3
Also, I have already updated all the drivers from the HP support site
My BIOS has been updated to the most recent version as well
