Is a gtx960 a good graphic card for 1600x900 monitor?

I have a 20.5" monitor dell St2010 and im thinking about getting the Gtx 960 2GB version, with this specs do you think it will run games very well:

i5 4460
8GB DDR3 1600

the 960 will run anything at full settings at 1600 x 900. it'll push most everything at 1080p on mid-high settings so it'll max out 1600 x 900 no problem

yes, it will not max everything, but it will have a very good performance at most modern games.
