Which one should i get? im about to order one in about 15-30mins my 7970 just died so i'd like a company with really good warranty too

the asus and evga are both $499 the gigabyte is $509 theres also a msi for $520 which i'd prefer not too give 20 extra unless its a must

Solution
the msi card isnt bad but im not experienced with their products or customer service.

EVGA has 1380mhz boost

msi has 1317mhz boost

the evga is going to give you more bang for the buck easily. look at the specs on the links i sent you.

for my next card i may try an msi. i hear good things.

one more thing to mention is the msi card had 3x display port. it would give you an advantage if you have a multiple monitor setup with over 60hz.
Strongly recommend this evga card:

EVGA FTW ACX 2.0 (SC version is second best but is actually more money right now and its a downgrade)

absoultely worth the extra 35 bux. also for an additional 30 you can buy their 5 year warranty off their website or 60 for 10 years.

Second choice:

Gigabyte G1 Gaming

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125682&cm_re=g1_gaming_980-_-14-125-682-_-Product

the g1 gaming would oc better but the ftw comes overclocked pretty high already. would save a lot of work for the same price. gigabyte customer service is also very annoying to deal with and unprofessional in my experiences. the gigabyte one does come with a backplate which is nice. its 20 bux more for the evga backplate sold separately. ive owned both evga sc and gigabyte g1 gaming cards and delt with both customer services. evga wins 100% for me
