I'm looking for help building a PC, I know the basics but haven't really ventured out to buy all the parts and build it...I'm terrified of messing up while assembling it i.e. attaching heat sinks or water cooling components to the CPU. I'm an AMD and Nvidia fan. But I want the best performance and coolest (temp wise) gaming PC that I can build for under 1500 dollars and probably help with the building.
