Is the 2GB Gainward GTX 750 Nvidia GDDR5 good for playing gta on high?

I am building my first gaming pc and i want to play gta v on high these are the specs:

CPU: Intel core i5 4460 3.2 GHz
Mobo: Gigabyte z97p-D3
GPU: 2GB Gainward GTX 750 Nvidia GDDR5
RAM: 8GB Corsair Value select.
PSU: 500w Corsair Builder series
HDD: 1TB Western Digital Caviar Blue

OK what about a i5 4460 and an 2GB XFX Radeon R9 270 Core Edition GDDR5. If i cant run gta v on high like this do i need a titan and an i7 cause i dont have a xxxl budget.

That'll run GTAV at about 30fps on high at 1080p if you also have 8gb ram.
