i would say definitely yes. that being said, im going to attempt to rebuild it better for you because im bored haha. there are some things i can see that need tweaking.

here you go. drop your build and get this one. it will give you so much better performance. heres some notes on your original build

-you dont need 250gb ssd. ssd should just be there for your os and bootable programs. put the other programs to the 1tb hdd and save your money.
-8gb is more than enough ram. if you are on a budget you dont need 16gb. you can always add more later.
-the power supply you chose is not great quality.
-the ram you chose is average.
-the motherboard and cpu you chose are low end for what you can budget by making a few tweaks.
