r9 280x. you can find them on sale for that pirce. if not, try ebay, where ive seen them as low as 160$

If you go the Ebay route, you can get a 290 or a 290x for around $200. It probably won't have a very good cooler though, unless you get lucky. If you want to buy new, you can get a 280x for around $200 as well, and it will run a lot cooler.
