Windows 11 update brings advertisements to the start menu

CPU AND GPU AIO coolers as intake with only 1 exhaust?

I have a H110 and EVGA 980 Ti Hybrid. Is there a problem if I run these both as intake (front and bottom) with only 1 rear 140mm exhaust?

Would appreciate any thoughts, thank you.
