Have you used any software like RUFUS to write the ISO Image of Windows 7 to USB and made it a Bootale Windows 7 installation drive?

If yes, while booting up the computer keep on tapping on F12 and this will bring you to the boot drive selection menu. Select the USB HDD and hit enter.

this should load windows installer.

If the USB is not yet converted to a bootable drive, it will not load the windows file.

In that case, you will need to use a software like RUFUS to write the Windows 7 ISO image into the USB again as bootable media. This will solve the issue.
