My ssd speed is low compared to other benchmarks?

Your AS SSD results show storahci - OK, which means that you are using Microsoft's default AHCI driver. Install your ASRock drivers and see if that helps.
Even using Microsoft's driver your benchmark results should still be higher. All of the SATA ports on your motherboard are SATA 3 (6Gb/s), but you are getting SATA 2 (3Gb/s) speeds.
All SATA cables should be able to transfer data at SATA 3 speeds, but if you have one of real poor quality then it will only work at SATA 2 speeds. If you have a spare SATA cable then swap it out and see if that helps.
