No absolutely not sorry to say, for 960s in sli i would be comfortable with a good quality 750watt psu.

2 problems with your idea:
1. I don't think you can SLI those cards. They are different, the cards should be the same. A 960 and 660 wont play well together. If you had 2 660s they would work, doesn't matter who makes them.
2. That CPU will be bottlenecked with an SLI configuration. You wont see much performance gains because of it.

And yes you cannot sli a 960 and a 660 i read it wrong i thought you said two 960s. And you will also be bottlenecked badly in some games like the guy above said.

gtx960 and gtx660 arent sli compatible.
CX series is mediocre at best, and 500w wouldnt be enough regardless.
also, expect your fx4300 to be a bottleneck (even if OC'ed)

There are a lot of issues that make SLI on your system impossible:
1. Maxwell (960) and Kepler (660) are not SLI compatible.
2. Your PSU is absolute junk for SLI, I highly doubt that PSU can even handle 480W of power.
3. The FX-4300 is going to be a serious bottleneck if you got either 2 660s or 2 960s.
