Problem I have is that when im playing League of Legends my champions jumps , got mini-stutterings and problems like this video :

I couldnt try many games because i dont have them but i tried also CS GO and not getting stuttering at all but the tearing still there.
I'm not able to find any solution to that problem and it's driving me crazy so I came here to see if you could help me , thanks
The tearing/flickering maybe its my monitor because i have yellow colour on it also..which is strange..but I dont really know..
