PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/8cxjkL
So i've built this PC to do a couple things.
1. Max most if not all 1080P Games (Tera, ESO, Skyrim, Far Cry 4, Etc)
2. Solid FPS
3. Light video editing

Do you think it can accomplish all these things? If not what would you change? Would prefer not to go much more expensive as I wanted to save money for games but if I really had to I guess i could as long as it's not too much.. Id just have to wait for my next paycheck

If you are using the computer for mainly gaming and only "light video editing" I'd recommend the intel core i5 4690k, as it will deliver better performance than the xeon for pure gaming. The xeon was not made to be a gaming chip. It was designed to keep servers up and running 24/7. Also, the i5 is overclockable, giving you the ability to get even more out of the chip. However, if you do plan on overclocking, I'd recommend you get Gigabyte GA-Z97X and the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo Cpu cooler. Everything else seems fine.

Also, I'd reccomend you get the Cx500m power supply instead.
