Optimizing Ram Usage and Monitoring Processes

Hi What's the best way to make sure all the running process in your PC are good ones? My laptop suddenly bugged down and way slow right now.

Anyways here's a list of the processes below in the picture.

Just want a different solution other from reformatting the whole thing :)

Uninstall any programs you don't currently/plan on using anymore is a start, get rid of certain bloatware such as brand program alternatives to your laptops network, power management, etc as windows already can accomplish some of these utilities. What kind of antivirus software are you running? As some use more processing power than others.

Also there's no picture in this post.

EDIT: Considering you only have roughly 50 processes running, everything in the images are in some way needed for Windows to run properly(as I can tell).

I'm using the Microsoft Security Essentials :)

Also my Laptop is kinda old But yeah I can still play Lol on it :) but recently became uber slow just today even the booting up xD but if I restart it sometimes it becomes fast again.
My specs are Intel core 2 duo P8400 @2.2ghz
Ram 2GB
ATI Mobility Radeon HD3400 series 1GB

Considering the specs of the laptop, the only thing I can recommend to increase performance when you play LoL is to run a game booster (like from Razer). Outside that, you could look into buying a new laptop if the only game you play is LoL.

Thanks I tried Windows Game booster and gamefire now :) They say Razer is pretty heavy xD
