Hey. I've lovingly created my own build list mainly thanks to hours and hours of research on here and pcpartpicker. However, now my precious six-core CPU and STRIX 980 need a home. I know I'm looking for an ATX case and it must have one or more big windows and it must be not super boring, however minimalism (like in win's sadly unreleased and most likely out of my price range 805) can be nice. I'm currently considering the NXZT Phantom 410, BitFenix Neos Purple/White, RAIDMAX Vortex ATX-404WB, in win 707, 904, and 703 to give you some idea of the kind of design factor I like. I'm not going to even pretend I know how good/bad these cases are, just how visually appealing they are, so please don't scream "WHY DID YOU THINK ABOUT X IT SUCKS WOW" . I'd love to know which of these cases are good and which ones are bad, and also recommendations on cool-looking ATX cases that also really deliver on performance! Preferably $100 or lower.

Thank you!

In general stay away from anything Apevia, Raidmax, Sentey, Apex, Xion, Diablotek, etc. Flashy designs with mediocre or poor functionality and build quality.

If you want RGB lighting an easy option would be to buy a RGB LED light strip such as the NZXT hue to illuminate your case.

Since you liked the Inwin 707 it might be worth looking into a NZXT H440, similar styling without the bulging side panel window.

edit: looks like gamer beat me to the case recommendation :p

I've seen this floating around in my research, and while it's certainly not bad-looking, it doesn't have the same pizzaz as the BitFenix Neos or the eye-catching modernism of an in win. However, I may end up choosing it anyway because it's supposedly so high quality. Do you, or anyone else know about the quality of the cases I was looking at?

If you can go mATX the http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=25_547&products_id=30866 are funky.
This is an Australian website, prices will be lower in America.

The Neos is in a tier lower than any of the other cases, if going that route I would look into a NZXT Source 210 or Corsair 200R. Both are mid tower cases around the same price range yet are not expansion/space depriven like the Neos. It is a bad case for the money.

Also there are a lot of other cases in the 904's price range that are more feature rich but are perhaps not as aesthetically pleasing as its glass side panel and aluminum body, which you are paying a premium for.

So after more research, I now have:

Enthoo Pro/Luxe (my main reason for choosing the Luxe is I HATE the looks of the Pro but the Luxe is nice)
NZXT 410/H440/Noctis450/S340
Antec 900
Cooler Master N600 (not too keen on this one)

Thoughts?
