how to increase bandwidth in university connections

in my university 100 MBPS is allotted for 4000 LAN connections while another 100MBPs for computer lab with just 100 PC. Both the lab and LAN connections are connected to a single network. Is there any way I can connect my PC to the PC in lab(assuming i know ip address of pc in lab) and get access to their bandwidth ?

I think if I furnish the details I will be on vacation for the rest of my life from here.
(We can't tell people how to hack,crack,bypass security,steal internet, etc.)

Legality asside, even if you managed it, your connection would still be limited to anything between the lab and what you're accessing and, more to the point,would still be limited by the quality of your connection between you and the lab.
