The most reliable z97 motherboard?

Im on my second rma for my 990fx killer board and im fed up with the overheating problems this board has given me. that being said, im making the switch to intel rather then dumping more money into my fx-8350 for a good board. There are a lot of options for z97 motherboards and they all seem to have mixed reviews. ive seen the forums and review sites but i need real peoples opinions.

-reliability, quality, and good warranty is my main priority
-money is no issue
-i want a board that overclocks like a champ
-I plan on doing a gtx 980 ti sli set up down the road so it needs to be able to support it without any problems.
-looks dont matter at all

any suggestions are much appreciated.

Basically, you can pick anything within Z97 Hero VII's price-range (+/- 40 bucks), those will do just fine.
Anything from Gigabyte, MSI, ASRock or ASUS will do.

Warranty is kinda tricky, this should differ from country to country.

I am using ASUS Z97 Mark 2, just to let you know, I am not OCing tho' since I pair it with E3-1231V3.

I would rather pick a mobo with all the interfaces I need like perhaps m.2, thunderbolt, X-Fire/SLI or anything else. You might need to take a better look at those.
The other decision point is the look, if you want certain color scheme or design.

I was originally thinking about getting the hero before I even posted this. The first two posts here I thought would confirm it for me but there are a lot of negative reviews on that board that were steering me away. I looked into the ASRock Z97 OC FORMULA and I decided to go with it. Theres a 40 dollar rebate and I cant find any relavent bad review about it. Thank you for pointing this board out Vahe Bro A. Would have never found it otherwise. The board has everything I was looking for.
