My passport 1tb is not working. In any system plz help me. I use my tb for dish TV recording after tb put in my laptop but its not showing anything .plz help me how I get that.

Hi there Emdadul haque,

Sorry that you are facing issues with your WD drive.

You really need to provide some more information on the issue you are facing.
Is the drive powering up? Does the drive appear under My Computer, Disk Management, Device Manager?

In case the HDD is not powering up, you will need to try using a different USB cable.

In case the HDD does not appear in My Computer, I guess it should appear under Disk Management. There, you can check whether it has healthy partitions and or file system. In case you need the data stored over there, you will need to use some data/partition recovery software. If you don't need the data stored on the drive, I guess you can just reformat the drive.

After that, you can test your drive with WD's Data Lifeguard Diagnostic tool in order to check its health status.
