The choice depends on your work , if your applications require multi core (games like battlefield 4 , although very few games utilize more than 4 core) , go for amd build . And keep in mind overclocking requires more expensive motherboards, and the 6300 can be overclocked well , so for that you will need ASUS M5A 97 LE (970) costing 6000 Rs.

read this , it will clear your confusion . Total cost for a gtx 750ti and r7 260x is close with an appropriate PSU. with 750ti you can go for a 450 watt psu (corsair vs450 Rs 2200). Its all your choice , see what games you play and if they run better on amd or nvidia. But dont compromise on PSU , i know it sounds a heavy investment compared to a 500rs PSU , but they dont even deliver 60% of power they are rated for.

H81 and H91 based boards are all the same . get one you can find the best deal on . And if you are getting it from a physical store ask about their service center quality . For eg in Nehru palace delhi ,in case of ram failures kingston ram service takes over 2 weeks while a corsair vengence can be collected back in 3 days. Same with the processor , find a 4th gen i3 that suits your budget with a good deal. they start with i3 4xxx .
