Seasonic S12II-620 is enough for me and 1k extra is unnecessary i think and if you can see the seller for the one you are saying thats actually overclockerszone same seller .this site is their own site

I know what you mean. I haven't bought there before but it seems they're an established business, since 1998 & I just read their return policy, which looks pretty legit. I would email them & ask them about their return policy specific to your query.

Corsair Carbide Series 100R OR deepcool SW which cabinet i should go for both are same price one has dual Led fans preinstalled with one 3.0 usb and another has Dual 3.0 usb with one fan preinstalled

Glad you came right! I would go for the Corsair, Deep Cool's case is a bit bigger inside, but I trust Corsair for quality products. And there are some very good reviews for the 100R
