Can i SLI 2 Graphic cards

No, to SLI you need 2 or more NViDIA cards of the same model. To put 2 AMD cards togerther would be a crossfire configuration (same thing as SLI) You have one Nvidia card (gt630) and one AMD card(270x) Those are in no way compatible to put together in any way.
