To go back to OP's post title: No, adding more intake fans to increase the interior pressure in your case will make virtually NO difference. The dominant factor in cooling the components INSIDE your case if FLOW of air, not internal pressure. So, more air flow might cool the interior just a tiny bit more, but it will not change the amount of heat being moved by that air out into your room.
The reason for "Positive Pressure" inside a case (and I prefer this way) is only to ensure that, at air leakage points, the air flow will be OUT of the case. Provided that you use dust filters on all your intake fans, this will reduce the entry of dust through leakage holes. Positive Pressure has NOTHING to do with efficient heat removal.
