Hello guys,

i'm putting a new pc together for gaming. I'm going to use 3 monitors and i dont know exactly witch graphic card i should choose. My original idea was this one http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7qgZ3C but the price of the 2 asus strix gtx 980 scare me. Will be around 1100€ for both of them. I can by 2 Sapphire Vapor x R9 290 for about 750€ but i read some bad comment on that card. I was also thinking i can go with 3 R 280 for the same price 750€.
What do you think? witch one will be the best option?

Another think that i need help with is for choose the monitors. I will like monitors between 22" and 24" with vesa mount and very very thin bezel. Dont want spend more then 200€ for each of them. I really like this one http://benq.it/product/monitor/ew2440l/specifications but as no vesa mount and the respons time is not the best. Many people around the forum suggest the Asus VN247H-P 23.6 witch looks great for the price, just the bezel are no really thin.

Thank you to anyone can help.

Solution
Dont go for the 3x 280, the 2x 980 will give much better performance at 3x 1080p. You could even get away with using a single 980 ti

@RobCrezz: Thank for the answer, but do you think that a single 980 ti can handle a 3 monitor full HD games with a good frame rate? Is no to weak?

Kepp looking around for the monitors i saw this LG http://www.lg.com/it/monitor/lg-23MP67VQ which has a very thin bezel (5.6 mm) and also the price is very good (170€) and also have the vesa mount. The only dubt i have about it is a IPS monitor with 5ms respons time, it will be good for gaming or i need a 1ms respons time?
