Basically, yesterday my brand new ASUS r9 290 direct cu 2 arrived. I ripped out my old graphics card (and Radeon hd 7770) and installed the new 290. Upon installing the gpu my PC wouldn't boot until I wriggled a few of my cables inside my PC after that made it turn on, I found the PC to randomly freeze and randomly restart without letting me do anything to the computer. I've read through several threads none of which helped.
