To keep it short
700e budget buying on amazon.de
MSI 970 Gaming Motherboard
MSI (or ASUS) GTX 960
Corsair Vengeance 8Gb RAM
1TB of HDD storage (dont know which to pick)
Power supply was thinking Corsair CX 430W 80+ (I have zero idea 'bout this part)
I'm struggling with the CPU
AMD 8320 or i5 4690 ( i know they are close when it comes to speed, but amd sucks almost double the power, but i5 is almos 100e more, but then again i might need a cpu cooler for amd since i'll probably overclock either).
Well thats bout it I'll be using it hard on gaming on my sony tv 1080p. Do please help me out.
PS while i was picking this i mostly had no idea what i was doing

Solution
Closest I could get with doing an i5 and a GTX 960, all from Amazon. Typically buying from only a single store does not give you the best deals. You do not want any CX series PSU. They are poor quality.

Changed the CPU because i found one in amazon.de, and for 50 euros less than the 4590, its worth it

EDIT: choosed 2x4gb ram, its better than 1x8gb
Changed the motherboard to a ATX Form Factor one
changed the case to one a bit better looking in my opinion, that cames down to the buyer
