I have the Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 motherboard and I was wondering if my RAM is at the 1600mhz speed that it should be running. I have the Corsair XMS3 8GB (2X4GB) 1600MHZ DDR3 and I wanted to know if it would be running at the 1600mhz because people have said it only supports 1333mhz max.

Yes but your going to have to Overclock to do so, you may also have to Overclock the CPU and FSB to get it stable. That is 1.65V RAM by the way which means you will have to play around with things a little more than normal but it will work.
