Hey everyone,
I have been working at this issue all day long and I just can't figure out what's wrong. I just built my new computer yesterday and the biggest issue so far is that there's no audio. I have tried installing many Realtek audio drivers with no luck. The speaker on the taskbar has an X over it. everything I have tried has failed to do anything. Is my motherboard broken? (I really, really hope not
). I also noticed that Windows is limiting my memory to only 8 of my 16 installed, and yes, BIOS confirms 16GB. Would Windows not let you use audio until you have activated it with a product key? (Haven't yet but will be later today) This is extremely frustrating. If you can help please feel free. Thanks.
