So just tell me some graphic cards that might be what I'm looking for!

get a gtx 750. mine ran vanilla minecraft at 120fps max settings

My Son maxes Minecraft out 60fps on a A8 7600 + R9 270X, I think the APU alone would come pretty close to doing so with the Render distance @15 or under. Minecraft even with all the Mods is not that demanding unless you max your Render range then even a I7 and a 980I would struggle as you would be loading the entire world all the time.
