Windows 7 pc will connect to router but wont connect to internet ive tried everything!

Wireless card:
Netgear WNDA3100 v2 (updated driver to the newest one 6/23/2015)

Router/Modem:
Make - Arris
Model - TG862G/CT
Infinity/Comcast

Ive contacted my ISP and we went through the ropes (Rebooting the router, them resetting the router, going through and reconnecting to the router) and they claimed that it must be a hardware problem. Ive tried another wireless card (Asus USB-N13) with the same exact results. We have two other computers in the house that connect just fine. I then contacted Netgear which at the time got me to the point where they said the problem was I have no Gateway IP address (Now it appears I do). Then they wanted me to pay $79.95 for a 6 month warranty since my previous 90 warranty had expired... Then I started typing in different ways of phrasing my problem to google hoping that I could find a solution to my problem through someone elses experience in a forum with no luck. I truly cant afford to pay someone to help me with this so this is my last hope!

Here is the last ip release and config I copied. Any help would be incredible!

UPDATE: I forgot to mention this wireless adapter and computer has worked with different routers in the past but has NEVER worked with this router.

I might suggest uninstalling the Teredo adapter, then reinstalling it

Can you perform "ipconfig/all" and post results?
Have you tried to ping a website? "ping google.com" results?
What is the exact message when trying to browse? Have you tried a different browser?

Strange that on your result for "ipconfig/all" there is no wireless adapter listed. Are you sure the adapter and USB port are operating properly? Are you able to try a different USB port?

The inability to ping could indicate a DNS issue. An ipconfig/all with your wireless adapter listed should show proper DNS addresses.

Should I try it on one of the other computers to make sure its working properly? I tried plugging it into another usb slot and ran the ipconfig all again. I also snapped some screen shots. It was working better when I moved it to a new plug. Ive used this wifi adapter and computer together with a different router and it worked.

I tried doing this but it ended up creating a Microsoft Teredo Tunneling Adapter #2? Is it supposed to look like this in my device manager?. It also had the code 10 warning sign. I then followed the steps for the code 10 in the other forum

The Teredo adapter didn't appear as an active adapter in the ipconfig. Disable and uninstall the second adapter and ensure the original one is enabled.

Ok so I disabled and uninstalled the second adapter. The original adapter was enabled. I decided to disable it and then re enable it and it seems to be working!

However sometimes it wont load a page and it will say ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

I might suggest uninstalling the Teredo adapter, then reinstalling it

Ok I have been downloading some very large music files that ive been working on (3.5 gigs) and they downloaded just fine. Ive also been browsing the internet throughout the day and the problem is solved! After I uninstalled and reinstalled the Teredo adapter I noticed everything was working MUCH better but not perfect. It would take an eternity to load some pages. Then I thought about how my wireless reception was at 4 bars instead of 5. I decided to move the router into my room just to make sure and then it worked perfectly. So from this experience I would say that the driver for the Teredo adapter was definitely the problem and also the router (or wireless adapter?) wasnt accurate about how good the reception was. BuddhaSkoota thank you for your help! It is greatly appreciated!
