apparently the NVidia GeForce gt 705 graphic card is junk. However the pc I'm looking to get has an Intel-core i7. will the i7 make up the frame loss from the NVidia GeForce gt 705?
It is good for general purpose computing (web browsing, email, office applications, light gaming, etc). It is not suitable for heavy gaming.
Ok could you send me a link to a good pc from a well known company. Price range =500-550, mainly going to be using this pc for minecraft so good graphics card and cpu pls. Thx
Where are you located? Need the info to point you to a good source.
You can keep the desired i7 CPU, you just need a GPU to match the i7's level of performance to balance your overall system.
What specific i7, motherboard, memory, power supply, case/chassis, and storage devices do you intend to use?
are these specs for the pc I am looking at any good? mainly I'm going to play minecraft and am looking to get somewhere around 250-350 fps.
Intel HD Graphics 4600-Shared1TB hard drive, 3.2GHz to 3.4GHz with Turbo Boost
Quad-core Intel Core i5-4460, windows 8.1 (64 bit)
I would add, at least, a GTX 960 (or higher) or Radeon R9-280 (or higher) GPU as well. This would mean ensuring that your power supply meets the GPU's needs. Adding an actual GPU capable of gaming at higher levels of performance will increase your satisfaction across the board.
