So... I installed a new Scythe Kotetsu cooler on my 4690k and the computer would power up (every fan spinning; every light showing) but there's no display or peripherals.
I reinstalled it multiple times with the same result. Now, I'm back to the Intel box cooler and everything's working fine. I was prompted to go into BIOS after the box cooler was reinstalled which leads me to believe it had to do with Qfan tuning / OCing? Do I need to return everything to stock / disable fan profiles before installing a new cooler?
It's really perplexing. Thankfully, I bought from Amazon so I will be returning the Kotetsu but I'm not sure if the cooler is to blame.
