SO I bought a new laptop to replace my old one, need to access all the old info on my old 750 GB HD, bought j5create 3.5" SATA USB 3.0 External HD Enclosure.
Computer not yet reading the drive (even though in device manager I see it on there and I can see from the lights that it's working).
Who can solve the problem so I can put all my old data onto my new laptop please? Thank you in advance and God bless you.
