CPU-Z and GPU-Z was miss read ASUS M5A78L-M/USB 3.0 ??

Good afternoon ,

Here it is i have several problem. Why CPU-Z read my motherboard has only x8 Mode v1.1? This case same too when i'm use GPU-Z

Because according from Manual and website, that motherboard has PCI Express v2.0 x16
