SSD boot drive and HDD storage drive

I have recently purchased a 2tb hard drive and I am thinking of purchasing a 128GB SSD. While using the SSD as my boot drive is there any way I could automate the process of downloading programs to the 2tb hard drive, like mounting it in a NTFS folder?

Hey there, wolfe_man99!

Yes, there is a way to change the default download location to the 2 TB HDD. However, when installing the OS on the SSD, make sure you unplug the secondary HDD(s) from the system. Otherwise you might encounter an OS confusion which would result in booting issues and might require you to re-install Windows again altogether.
