hi,i need a very good gaming rig at 650-950$ for 1280*1024 resolution where i could max every game over 60 fps and also great for 1080 since i'm planning to buy a 22 inch screen after 1-2 years.i want the component from this site : www.pcandparts.com.and this budget is without the os and optical drive since i have them and also at this site there's a weird asus strix gtx 970 what about it,is it good/bad.

Just included a higher res monitor in the budget. Just saying its so much better. A GTX 970 is also in there with a black and red theme to the build!
