The brand of the led's is not important, just pick whatever you'd like.

It's pretty good. If you're planning on overclocking tho, I'd get an Asus Maximus Gene mobo instead of that one.
I'd also consider in investiong on a water cooler if you plan on overclocking. If you're not sure, just drop that one and buy a cheaper water cooler (that will support small overclocks), like the Cooler Master Seidon 120v. It's a pretty good cooler and pretty cheap for one.
If you wanna maintain the same budget, i'd pick a less pricey case and sacrify it for a better cooler/mobo.
Also, I'm not sure about the quality of EVGA PSU's, not the best person to ask that. I'd probably go for the SeaSonic M12II 750 SS-750AM2 750W ATX12V or the Corsair Modular CX750M.
